1. Merchant of Record & Delivery
- Merchant of Record: All payments and orders are processed directly by Tebex Limited, which acts as the official Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to the Tebex Terms & Conditions.
- Delivery: All digital scripts and assets are delivered automatically upon successful payment via the CFX.re Keymaster system.
2. Licensing & Usage
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on FiveM servers linked to your CFX account.
- Reselling, redistributing, sub-licensing, leaking, sharing, or attempting to bypass, reverse-engineer, or decrypt the CFX Asset Escrow system is strictly prohibited.
- Purchased products are licensed for use and may not be transferred, resold, or distributed to third parties.
3. Refunds & Dispute Policy
- All purchases are final and generally non-refundable, except where required by law or permitted by Tebex policy.
- Refunds may be denied once the product has been delivered or assigned to the customer’s CFX account.
- If a product is defective, non-functional, or not delivered, please contact us for support.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with Tebex policies and applicable law.
- Refund decisions are ultimately governed by the applicable Tebex refund policies and procedures. Crystal Studios does not have the authority to override Tebex’s refund system or refund decisions.
- By purchasing, you agree to this Refund Policy.
4. Amendments
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version of the terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
- Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
